Infrared Sauna
Step into a warm cocoon in our our FAR Infrared Sauna, a haven where soothing warmth penetrates your body through advanced infrared technology. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat directly warms your body, promoting a gentle and deeply penetrating heat that induces relaxation and rejuvenation. Because infrared rays penetrate in the body through conversion, there is a deep heating effect on both the muscle tissues and internal organs without putting too much burden on the heart.Â
Our staff will ensure your well-being during each session, and we offer a peaceful environment where you can fully unwind to embrace the experience. Sessions can be booked as single treatments, or as an add-on to any of our other wellness services for a reduced fee. Single or couples infrared sauna sessions are available as well as multi-session packages.
Manual Osteopathy
Manual Osteopathy is a non-invasive form of treatment that addresses the relationship between the structure and function of the body to treat the root cause of your symptoms. It is based on ensuring that your bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue are all functioning smoothly together.
Osteopathic care often includes a variety of approaches including: structural osteopathy, visceral manipulation, manual lymphatic drainage, osteopathic craniosacral therapy, and myofascial remodelling. Book in for a free consultation to learn more!
*Please note: If you have extended health coverage for manual osteopathy with Canada Life, they will only recognize/cover a Type 1 Manual Osteopathic Therapist. MaKenna and Mahrukh are both Type 2 Manual Osteopathic Therapists, and not eligible for reimbursement from Canada Life.

Yes, acupuncture can help with all of these things. Our Registered Acupuncturists offer treatments with natural kindness and compassion as an ally with you on your fertility and/or pregnancy journey.
Acupuncture can help with many underlying fertility issues such as: PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome), ovarian cysts, endometriosis, low egg quality, and low sperm count.
Once you are pregnant, prenatal acupuncture can help with: morning sickness, bloating, regulating emotions, reducing swelling and fatigue, managing high blood pressure, reducing pregnancy pains, and reducing the likelihood of miscarriage.
Fertility Treatment Package
Combining the best of two therapies for an even more effective approach to fertility treatments! Our Initial Fertility Treatment Package is a series of 6 appointments - 1 x 90 minute initial assessment and treatment, and 5 x 60 minute follow up treatments. All of these sessions can be booked with either Dr. Susan for acupuncture or Mark for manual osteopathy - for the most effective results, we recommend alternating between seeing either Mark or Susan for the first three sessions, followed by the other practitioner. If you have any questions please feel free to book a complimentary 15 minute consultation with one of our practitioners or give us a call. We look forward to working with you on your fertility journey.

NEW! Cosmetic Acupuncture
Cosmetic Acupuncture is a specialized technique that uses tiny needles inserted just 3 mm into specific areas on the face, precisely targeting the dermis layer where collagen and elastin production occurs. This gentle stimulation kick-starts the skin's rejuvenation process, helping to fill in fine lines, reduce puffiness, and redefine facial contours. This treatment can also soothe challenging complexions, including rosacea, acne, eczema, puffiness, post stroke/Bells palsy neuralgia, sagging jawline, and TMJ issues. Body points are also used in each treatment to promote internal and external healing, ensuring comprehensive results.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy applies manual manipulation techniques to the skin, fascia, muscles and other soft tissues to provide a wide range of health benefits: it has been shown to lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure, decrease muscle tension and pain, decrease frequency and intensity of headaches, decrease stress, improve circulation to speed up recovery, and increase range of motion in joints. Massage also supports our mental aspects by promoting full body relaxation responses through the parasympathetic nervous system.
Hot Stone / Hot Bamboo Massage
Hot stone massage incorporates the use of heated Basalt stones to enhance the overall massage experience. These stones are gently placed on specific areas of your body and also used as a tool by our Registered Massage Therapists to massage you with specific techniques. The warmth of the stones and the gentle soothing pressure promote relaxation and ease muscle tension.
Hot Bamboo Fusion Massage is a specialized technique that incorporates the use of warm bamboo sticks for deep tissue massage work. Our Registered Massage Therapists use these smooth bamboo tools to enhance their strength and stamina, allowing for a more profound application of pressure. The unique design of the bamboo sticks facilitates penetrating maneuvers, making deep tissue work more accessible and effective.
Prenatal Massage Therapy
Prenatal or postnatal massage is a very beneficial and rejuvenating aspect of a mother's self care routine. This massage focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. Whether it's soothing aches and discomforts as the body changes or a quiet, nurturing reprieve, pregnancy massage offers many supports through this transformative time. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
Mastectomy & Top Surgery Massage
If you are going through Breast Cancer treatment, or trans gender-affirming top surgery, a partial or complete Mastectomy could be done. Chest reconstruction (either implants made from foreign material or your own body tissue) can also be done.
Afterwards, there can be some possible complications and/or side effects such as:
- Pain at surgical site
- Pain in the breast that has been removed (phantom breast pain)
- Restricted range of motion
- Restricted breathing
- Swelling (lymphedema) in your arm if you have an axillary node dissection
- Formation of hard scar tissue at the surgical site causing cosmetic or physiological issues
- Shoulder pain and stiffness.
- Numbness, particularly under your arm, from lymph node removal.
- Buildup of blood in the surgical site (hematoma)
Receiving massage therapy treatment, from a specially trained therapist to treat these issues can make a big difference to your healing and acceptance of your new body.
Chair Massage
A fully-clothed treatment in a seated massage chair instead of a traditional massage table. Simply sit and relax in the massage chair that is designed for back, neck, shoulder, arm and head massage. Also a great alternative for people who may have difficulties lying down for massage therapy.
Reflexology
Reflexology is the study of reflexes. It is a natural therapeutic method based on the principle that there are reflexes in the body on the foot, face, hands and ears that map neurologically to other parts, glands and organs of the body. Through the application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology can have many health benefits, including: relieving tension, improving brain power, improving nerve function, improving blood circulation, eliminating harmful waste and body toxins, boosting metabolism and energy levels, relieving discomfort from menstruation and pregnancy, reducing headaches, and, of course - relaxation.
Reiki
Reiki, a form of energy healing, is originally from Japan. It has been practiced and taught for 1000's of years. Reiki practitioners use a gentle technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is transferred into the patient. This energy helps clear emotional and physical blockages within the body. Most people experience a deep sense of relaxation.
Healing Touch
Healing Touch (HT) is a gentle and non-invasive energetic support that compliments conventional health care and is used in collaboration with other methods.
It is a heart centered and intentional energy balancing method to enhance, support and facilitate healing and well-being. Developed by Janet Mentgen, an American nurse who saw gaps in care when it came to patient preparation and recovery during varying medical procedures. HT has been adopted by many hospitals in the States and has been found to ease pain and anxiety and speed recovery post surgery in 1000’s of patients.
This over the clothes, light or no touch technique is designed to clear, open and balance the chakra centers and energy fields of the Human Energy System. A HT session allows a quiet space for a deeper look and intentional focus on one’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body aspects. HT is not affiliated with any religion or particular belief system and can be adapted by anyone.
HT is usually offered as an in person session but can also be done via “distance healing”, please specify which you prefer upon booking. An in-depth initial intake process allows client and practitioner a more well rounded view to decide the intention for each session. Healing is more fully supported for ourselves when we play an active role in the journey. And it is a journey! Setting meaningful intentions for healing (or any aspect of one’s life) engages us in the process of self discovery, honouring where we’ve been and releasing what no longer serves our highest good.
